Boris Skossyreff  Russian adventurer who attempted to seize power in  Andorra.

On July 6, 1934, Boris Skossyreff (was born on 12 June 1896 in Vilnius) claimed to be the sovereign of Andorra and even managed to get the support of Andorra’s General Council.
In his brief reign, Boris designed his own flag , printed up 10,000 copies of his constitution, declared war on the Bishop of Urgell and laid out a surprisingly forward-thinking plan for casinos and tax breaks.

 Two weeks later, he was arrested by Spanish police and expelled from  Spain to Portugal.
